What Flowtime does
Flowtime helps make focused time visible. You can start a standard timer, use Pomodoro, create a flexible Flow Session with a target duration, receive focus reminders, track time by project, and review session history and reports.
Flowtime also includes optional app blocking where available, so distracting apps can be made less available during intentional focus periods.
Why Flowtime exists
Flowtime was created by Ava Thalheim from personal experience with ADHD. Getting focused is not always the problem. Losing track of time, staying in hyperfocus too long, or stopping at a reasonable point can also be difficult.
The app is designed to create visible and session boundaries around focused time, without forcing every session into one rigid timer rhythm.
Platforms and availability
Flowtime is available for iPhone and Android from the official app stores.
